Tiffani Patton, Laughing Gems Wine
Huichin territory, the ancestral and unceded land of the Chochenyo-speaking Ohlone people
A lifelong foodie turned food justice advocate, Tiffani transforms her love of food—and for the people who make it—into action through writing, designing gatherings, and community building. She has championed just and resilient food and agricultural systems for over a decade, most recently as Co-Director of Real Food Media, exploring the rich intersections of food, culture, and social transformation. Tiffani is co-founder of Laughing Gems Wine, a low-intervention wine brand creating vibrant wines that celebrate all peoples and cuisines of the diaspora. She currently serves on the People's Food and Farm Project Organizing Team and the Mesa Refuge board. Past board seats and committees include HEAL Food Alliance, Oakland Food Policy Council, and Foodwise (formerly CUESA). She holds dual MPA and MBA degrees in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.
